Here I forgot she wasn’t a US Citizen, but she is officially one now and she’s very happy about it. The former Baywatch Babe announced this week in her blog that she could now vote for whomever she wanted and have a say in what goes on in the United States.

“Being a citizen excites me not just because I can vote, but because I can crack the whip on Capitol Hill to defend animals.”

Over the weekend she attended a PETA event that was housed at the Washington DC and followed up with the White House Correspondent’s Dinner, looking fab I might add.

Special thanks to GlossLip for writing the post titled, Pamela Anderson Thinks Eating Hot Dogs Is Fine; Acting With Dogs, Not So Much, where I learned that for many years, Pamela Anderson has been very keen on animal rights, yet she is caught eating a hot dog at a ball game.

PETA is very much against how animals are killed and processed for food and eating a hot dog goes very far against their standards. I guess good old Pamela Anderson couldn’t resist the temptation to bite into a big BallPark after all.

In a prior situation Pamela made a huge stink about performing a part in a movie because the scene required a dog. She said it was against her morals or whatever and refused to play the part.

At any rate, as GlossLip mentioned in the post, there are many different choices of food to select from at Little League ball games. I would know as I have two kids myself in Little League. Most popular item up for grabs are the cheese fries.

What do you think? Kind of a double standard? Should Pam Anderson be let off the hook? The story is getting quite a bit of publicity.
