Amy Winehouse got into an assault the other day and spent the night behind bars in Holborn Station in London. While they didn’t keep her long they did give her a warning not to do it again. I’m guessing she’s blowing off a bit of steam since she missed hubby’s court hearing.

Amy went to jail after slapping a man with an open face hand, she went willingly without a fight. So as you see she was very calm about the whole incident and didn’t cause much of a scene. In this case she stayed the night but no files will be charged, but it’ll stay on her record in case future incidents happen and that would count against her.

Amy Winehouse had another one of her ever-famous nights. Ya know the type that ends up with the police dragging someone away? Yeah, that one. Last night it was her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, that ended up behind bars and this is where he’ll stay until June 9th. Eeek, what will Winehouse do without her man?

When it came down to who would appear at Blake’s hearing, Amy was no where to be seen. In fact it was Blake’s dad and his “girl” best friend that cheered him on. When he was ushered out of court he said “I love you” to his best friend, the court reporter also had to hush the two of them up during court because they kept whispering and giggling. In the end there was no appearance of Amy Winehouse, but Sophie Schandorff was making her own plans to visit him later in jail.

Hmm, I wonder how Amy would feel about this? Course they could be having a little fight over her and that might be why she didn’t appear?
